Late this October, my class took the time during our day to participate in Rake The Town, which is a community service to help rake the leaves in their yard around town. We only raked 2 homes but it felt good to help those who may not be able to do it themselves, even if it is a small act.
It was also nice to see my classmates in an environment that wasn’t a classroom and get to know them a bit better!
